Inductions and Ceremonial Experiences Chairman — Brennen Flanagan
Brennen lives in New Bern and is a vigil honor member of Croatan Lodge. Brennen has served as a ceremonialist and ceremonies trainer for the past three years and was on the ICE training staff at noac 2018. Brennen attends Craven Community College and enjoys swimming in his free time.
Ryan Showman — ICE Adviser
Ryan lives in Boone and is a Vigil Honor member of Wahissa Lodge. He works as a Learning Architect, and he enjoys hiking and chasing his toddler around. Ryan is excited to develop training and resources for lodges to have successful inductions and ceremonies programs.
American Indian Affairs Chairman — Ryan Wagoner
Ryan lives in Mount Airy and is a vigil honor member of Wahissa Lodge where he currently serves as lodge chief. Ryan currently studies aerospace engineering at North Carolina State University. Ryan hopes to continue improving the quality of our sections powwow dancers, singers, and craftsmen, and growing fellowship within SR-7B.
Service Chairman — Isaac Drown
Isaac Drown is from Johnston County, North Carolina. He is a Brotherhood Member in Nayawin RaR Lodge. Isaac is a swimmer, musician, and likes to spend his free time outside.

2020 Conclave Chairman — Conor Metzger
Conor is from Lumberton but is currently living in Winston Salem, where he attends school at Wake Forrest University as a psychology major. Conor is a vigil honor member from Klahican lodge. He has served as a chapter chief, lodge vice chief of administration, and staff on the 24th World Jamboree. In his free time Conor enjoys golf and watching movies.
2020 Conclave Adviser — Chris Smith
Chris lives in Lumberton and is a Vigil Honor member from Klahican lodge. He is an assissant scoutmaster and enjoys serving on the cook crew in his lodge. He’s looking forward to planning an awesome conclave at camp bowers. In his free time Chris enjoys golf and hunting.
Recognition’s Chair — Calvin Meyers
Calvin is from Greensboro and is a brotherhood member of Tsoiotsi Tsogali Lodge 70. He hopes to make the recognitions process efficient. Calvin has served as his lodge’s Vice Chief of Administration. He is currently a senior at Piedmont Classical High School. In his free time, he is a swimmer and like to play golf.
Recognition’s Adviser — Tommy Murray
Tommy Murray is an active member of Tsoiotsi Tsogali Lodge 70 based out of Greensboro, North Carolina. Tommy has served as Section SR-7B’s Recognitions and Awards Committee Advisor for the past few years. He enjoys serving in this position and looks forward to seeing the lodges compete for the section awards at Conclave 2021.
Shows Chair — Bradley Krpejs
Bradley lives in Clemmons, and is a Vigil Honor member of Wahissa Lodge, where he has served as the Vice Chief of Communication for the past 2 years. Bradley is a junior at West Forsyth High School. Bradley is working to make shows as engaging and exciting as ever this year at Conclave!
Co-Shows Adviser — Cameron Bowe
Cameron is originally from Chapel Hill but now lives in Raleigh. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Computer Science. He currently works for ChannelAdvisor as Director of Engineering. Cameron is looking forward to simplifying and streamlining the technology we use to make Conclave a success.
Co-Shows Adviser — Nick Ochsner
Nick currently lives in Charlotte, North Carolina. He’s an investigative reporter for WBTV of Charlotte. Nick is a past Section Chief of our section. He looks forward to helping share the story of lodges and Arrowmen in our Section.
Finance Adviser — Andrew Erickson
Andrew is originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he now lives in King, North Carolina. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1987 with a degree in accounting. In his free time, he enjoys watching PGA Golf. For the 2019 Conclave, he looks forward to establishing the procedures for the change in the handling of conclave finances and educating Council of Chiefs on how Section finances work.
